BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • A non-refundable guarantee deposit is required upon booking.
  • A minimum number of full-paying adults is required to travel together.
  • A surcharge shall apply if the group becomes less than the required number.
  • Rates are subject to change and availability.
  • The itinerary may change due to local conditions.
  • Rates are valid for Philippine passport holders only.
  • A surcharge may apply for foreign passport holders.
  • Applicable charges shall be applied for any cancellations made on guaranteed bookings.
  • Full cancellation charges shall apply for cancellations made after booking finalization.
  • Passengers are required to join tours as per the itinerary.
  • Any unused services (such as hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, etc.) are non-refundable in case of flight delays or cancellations due to force majeure.
  • Aboex Travel & Tours reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Schedule of Payments

A. Package – ₱60,000 or Less

    1. Guarantee Deposit: ₱10,000 per person
    2. Second Payment: At least 50% of the balance
    3. Full Payment: 30-45 days before departure

B. Package – ₱61,000 to ₱120,000

    1. Guarantee Deposit: ₱20,000 per person
    2. Second Payment: At least 30% of the balance
    3. Third Payment: At least 30% of the balance
    4. Full Payment: 30-45 days before departure

C. Package – ₱120,000 and Above

    1. Guarantee Deposit: ₱35,000 per person
    2. Second Payment: At least 25% of the balance
    3. Third Payment: At least 25% of the balance
    4. Full Payment: 30-45 days before departure
2. Non-Refundable Guarantee Deposit

The guarantee deposit is non-refundable.

3. Bookings Made Within One Month

All confirmed bookings made one (1) month or less before the travel date must be paid in full.

4. For Book & Buy Packages 

Payment schedules shall NOT be applicable for all bookings under BOOK & BUY PROMOS. Full payment is required prior to ticket issuance and booking confirmation.
